By downloading, installing, or using the Transform 75 app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users on the free trial and paid subscribers.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Transform 75 for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Transform 75 offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued use of premium features requires an active subscription.
Available plans:
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
All content you create within the App — including journal entries, progress photos, notes, and personal data — remains entirely yours. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, you are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, App uninstallation, or iCloud issues.
You agree to use Transform 75 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:
Transform 75 is not a medical application. The App is designed to help you track daily habits and build discipline. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Before starting any new fitness or diet program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition, please consult with your physician or a qualified healthcare professional. The creators of Transform 75 are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the App.
Transform 75 is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or viruses.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Szymon Sikora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
