The basics
Is this affiliated with 75 Hard or any other 75-day program?
No. Transform 75 by Sikora is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any other fitness program or challenge, or to any of their owners or trademark holders.
It's a general-purpose 75-day challenge tracker with fully customisable tasks and goals — you decide what your challenge is. If you want to follow a specific published program, get it from its official source and use this app purely as a tracking tool.
What actually is the challenge?
Whatever you decide. The app ships with a sensible six-task default — workout, hydration, nutrition, reading, a progress photo and reflection — and three commitment levels (Beginner, Traditional, Extreme) that set different daily targets. From there you can rename tasks, delete them, add your own, pick their icons, and set your own water goal.
The only fixed thing is the shape: 75 consecutive days, one clear finish line.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone or iPad on iOS/iPadOS 18.6 or later. The Apple Watch app needs watchOS 26. The on-device AI coach and the meal parser need a device that supports Apple Intelligence on iOS 26 or later — everywhere else the app falls back to non-AI features that work the same way for everyone.
The app is currently available in English.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Your data lives on your device, and every core feature — checklist, water, photos, weigh-ins, journal, charts — works with no connection at all.
Two things need the internet: searching the online food databases (foods you've already looked up are cached, so they keep working), and Cloud Coach. The on-device coach doesn't.
Trial, pricing and billing
What's free and what's paid?
The app is free to download, and the first 7 days unlock everything — no card, nothing to cancel if you walk away. After the trial, Premium unlocks the full 75 days, all achievements, unlimited progress photos, body measurements, advanced water tracking, deeper journaling, streak freezes, data export and Cloud Coach.
How much is Premium?
US$4.99 per month, US$29.99 per year, or US$79.99 once for lifetime access. Prices differ by region and with local tax — Apple always shows you the real price before you confirm. The yearly plan works out at roughly half the monthly rate and comfortably covers a full round.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data if I do?
Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.
Nothing is deleted. If a subscription lapses the premium features become read-only — your photos, journal, logs and history are all still there, and you can still export everything.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not by us — we can't see or reverse a charge. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong with the app, please tell us as well so we can fix it.
I bought Premium — why does it say I'm not subscribed?
First check you're signed in with the same Apple Account you purchased with, then use Restore Purchases on the paywall. If it still doesn't take, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
Using the app
What happens if I miss a day?
The app tells you what it noticed and what it did about it, rather than silently resetting you.
- Streak freezes. You start with two and can earn up to three more. One is spent automatically on a day you genuinely missed, so your streak survives.
- Rest days. Three per round, declared on purpose. The app offers them when it notices you're running hot.
- Undo. If the app closed out a day you were actually on — the case where it got it wrong — you can reverse it, and it will say so.
Out of freezes on a day you really did miss? The streak resets. That's the point of a streak.
I finished my tasks — why am I still on the same day?
Deliberate. Completing your day seals it and shows you a rest screen; the day counter rolls over at midnight. Finishing Day 12 shouldn't immediately dump you into a fresh list of Day 13 chores.
If you really do want to get ahead — banking tomorrow's water tonight, say — there's a "Start Day N+1 early" button on that screen.
What happens after day 75?
You get the completion celebration, a certificate and a share card. The app archives the round — dates, perfect days, weight change — and keeps that history.
Then you can start a new round. Your profile, task setup, reasons, goal weight, food library, recipes and templates all carry over; the daily logs, photos and journals from the finished round are cleared, which is why the app points you at Export first if you want a keepsake. Today's header shows a ROUND N badge from round two onwards.
I don't want to count calories. Can I turn nutrition off?
Yes — completely. Settings → Nutrition Tracking removes the tab, the meal reminders, the widget calorie row, the Watch page and the nutrition part of the coach's context. The diet task becomes a plain manual tick.
Nothing is deleted: your entries, foods, recipes and plans are all still there if you switch it back on.
Can I change my start date, or restart?
Yes. Settings has both. Reset Challenge puts you back to Day 1 while keeping your profile, task setup, reasons and food library. Delete All Data erases everything — it's irreversible, and the confirmation spells out exactly what it touches.
Do I have to take progress photos?
No. The photo task can be removed like any other. If you do take them they stay inside the app — they are not written to your photo library unless you tap Save — and you can build a before-and-after comparison, a collage or a time-lapse from them later.
Watch, widgets and Siri
What can the Apple Watch app do?
Start and run a real workout with heart rate and Activity-ring credit — the session is recorded by the Watch and saved to Health, then reported back to your challenge. It can also tick tasks, log water, weigh in and record a mood, and it offers complications for your watch face.
Actions taken from a complication are queued and delivered to your iPhone the next time the Watch app runs, so the figure you tapped shows as pending until it lands.
Are there widgets?
Home Screen widgets in four sizes, Lock Screen accessories, a Live Activity while the day is in progress, and a Control Center button that logs water in one press. The medium and large widgets are interactive — you can tick a task or add water without opening the app — and they follow your theme.
Does it work with Siri and Shortcuts?
Yes. Logging water, completing a task, logging weight and asking what day you're on are all App Intents, so they work from Siri, from the Shortcuts app, and from the Action button. Water and task completions are also offered as suggestions once you've used them a few times.
Does it sync with Apple Health?
If you allow it. It can read weight (handy with a smart scale) and workouts, and write back the weight, water and workouts you log. It's optional, and the app never deletes anything from Health — including when you erase your data, because that's yours to manage in the Health app.
Privacy and your data
Do you see my photos, journal or weight?
No. There is no account and no server of ours holding your challenge. It's on your device, and — if you switch sync on — in the private database of your own iCloud account, which we have no access to.
What does the AI coach send off my device?
The on-device coach sends nothing. It runs on your iPhone.
Cloud Coach — a premium option you choose deliberately — sends your question and a derived summary of your tracked numbers. Your journal text, your stated reasons for starting and your name are stripped before the request is built, and photos and Health data are never part of it at all. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
What does my accountability partner see?
Only your display name, your current day, your streak, whether you finished today, and the messages you send them. Not your photos, journal, weight, measurements or food log. Pair only with someone you trust, and either of you can end it at any time.
Are there ads or trackers?
None. No advertising SDK, no analytics service, no attribution, no IDFA, no tracking across apps or sites. The app's privacy manifest declares no tracking and no tracking domains.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — Settings → Export Data gives you a complete JSON file, a formatted PDF report, and a plain-text export of your journal. The JSON can be imported back in, which is also how you move to a new device without iCloud.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Delete All Data. It erases the database, your photos, local backups, the coach transcript, your App Lock PIN and your settings — and if sync is on, the deletion propagates to your other devices. Export first if you want to keep anything. See the privacy policy for the full list, including the handful of things deliberately kept.
Can I lock the app?
Yes — Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN, with a grace period you choose. App Lock is deliberately per device and never syncs: a PIN that arrived on a device you'd never set one up on could lock you out of your own data. If you enable it on one device the others will suggest it, but they'll never switch it on for you.
Something's wrong
My day count looks wrong
Open the app and let it settle for a moment — it reconciles the counter against the calendar on launch and after a time-zone change, and it records what it corrected. If it still looks wrong, send us a diagnostics report (how to do that) and say what day you expected.
My data isn't syncing between devices
Check that both devices are signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on, and that sync isn't switched off for one of them in Settings → iCloud Sync. Because iCloud attaches when the app launches, turning sync on takes full effect the next time you open the app. Give a first sync a few minutes on Wi-Fi.
I'm not getting notifications
Open Settings → Notifications in the app. It reads the real state from iOS — including the case where notifications are allowed but banners are switched off, which makes them arrive silently — and it can send a test notification so you can confirm they actually reach you. It also lists what's queued and when.
A food's nutrition numbers are wrong
Food data comes from Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central, which are public databases we don't control, and entries can be wrong or incomplete. You can create your own custom food with the correct figures and edit it whenever you like — note that editing a food doesn't rewrite meals you've already logged, which keeps your history honest.
