Support
Transform 75 is made by one person. There's no ticket queue and no bot — you email a human, and that human is the same one who writes the code.
hello@szymonstephansikora.com
The fastest route from inside the app is Settings → About → Contact Support, which fills in the subject for you.
Typical reply: within a couple of days. Reports of abuse through the accountability partner feature are reviewed within 24 hours. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days.
Report a bug
Include what you expected, what happened instead, and — the part that actually speeds things up — a diagnostics report.
To generate one:
- Settings → Backup & Restore
- Tap Prepare Diagnostics Report, then Share Diagnostics Report
- Send it to us with a sentence about what went wrong
The report is a record of the app's own internal events — day-count corrections, save failures, sync activity. It contains no photos and no journal text, it is generated only when you ask for it, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
Request a feature
Tell us the problem, not just the feature — "I train at 5am and the morning reminder is useless to me" is far more actionable than "add more reminder options".
Requests genuinely do get built. Several of the things in the app now started as one email from one person who was annoyed by something.
Billing, refunds and restores
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't see or reverse a charge.
Bought Premium and the app hasn't noticed? Check you're on the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. Still stuck — email us with your Apple receipt.
Cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling never deletes your data.
Report a partner
If an accountability partner sends you something abusive or objectionable: end the partnership first (Settings → Accountability Partner → Remove Partner), which immediately cuts off their view of your day and streak. Then report it.
There is zero tolerance for abusive behaviour. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and can result in a permanent ban from partner features. See Acceptable Use.
Export or delete your data
You don't need us for either, and that's deliberate — we hold no copy of your challenge, so there is nothing on our side to request.
- Export: Settings → Export Data — full JSON, a PDF report, and a plain-text journal
- Delete: Settings → Delete All Data — immediate and irreversible, and it propagates to your other devices if sync is on
- Apple Health: anything written there stays there; remove it in the Health app
Full detail in the privacy policy. If you'd like help exercising a data right, email us.

Before you write: the three things that fix most problems
Sync isn't working
Same Apple Account on both devices, iCloud Drive on, and sync not switched off for that device in Settings → iCloud Sync. Turning sync on takes full effect the next time you open the app.
No notifications
Settings → Notifications & Reminders inside the app reads the real state from iOS — including "allowed but banners off", which makes reminders arrive silently — and can send a test.
The day count looks wrong
Open the app and give it a moment; it reconciles against the calendar on launch and records what it corrected. If it's still wrong, that's a bug — send a diagnostics report.
A note on what support can't be
We can help with the app. We can't give medical, nutritional or psychological advice, and neither can the AI coach inside it — please talk to a qualified professional before starting any new fitness or diet program, and if you're struggling with disordered eating or your mental health, please reach out to someone who can actually help.
