Everything you need to know about setting up, using, and getting the most out of your 75-day challenge. Read it once. Then just show up every day.

What is Transform 75?

Transform 75 is a 75-day discipline challenge app for iPhone. Every single day for 75 days, you complete a set of non-negotiable tasks. Miss a day — any task, any reason — and you restart from Day 1.

The challenge isn't complicated. The difficulty is in doing it every single day without exception. The app exists to make tracking frictionless so there are zero excuses for not showing up.

There are three challenge levels — Beginner, Traditional, and Extreme — each with different task requirements. The Reflect tab helps you journal, log your Why, and stay mentally engaged. The Progress tab tracks your weight, measurements, and photo timeline. The Today tab is where you live.

The most important thing to know: The app doesn't make the challenge easier. It makes tracking it seamless. The work is still entirely yours.

Setting Up the App

First launch takes about five minutes. Go through each step carefully — what you set here forms the foundation of your entire 75 days.

Create your profile. Enter your name, current weight, and height. This sets your starting baseline for BMI and weight tracking.

Write your Why. This is mandatory. Write the real reason you're doing this — not a vague goal, but the actual reason. It gets locked after Day 1 and shown every day in the Reflect tab.

Choose your challenge level. Beginner, Traditional, or Extreme. Read the full level breakdown before choosing. You cannot change levels mid-challenge without restarting.

Customize tasks (Beginner only). Set your workout duration, water goal, reading target, and add custom tasks. Traditional and Extreme tasks are fixed.

Pick a theme. Choose from 10 visual themes. Changeable any time from Settings.

Enable notifications. Allow push notifications when prompted. You'll get a morning check-in and an evening reminder for any incomplete tasks.

Start Day 1. Take your first progress photo. Log your weight. Check off your first tasks. The clock is running.

Day 1 sets your baseline. Log your weight and take a photo on Day 1 even if you don't plan to track every day. Your starting point is the reference for everything that follows.

Three Levels of Commitment

Choose the level that matches where you are — not where you want to be. Starting too hard and quitting on Day 8 accomplishes nothing. Finishing Beginner builds everything.

Can I change levels? No — not mid-challenge. Switching levels means restarting from Day 1. The level you choose is part of the commitment.

The Today Tab

This is your home base. Every day starts here. The Today tab shows your current day number, your task progress bar, and your full checklist.

Day Counter & Streak

The large number at the top is your current day — "Day 1 / 75." The orange streak pill shows your active streak. Both reset if you miss a day and don't have a Streak Freeze.

Progress Bar

The orange bar fills as you complete tasks. It needs to reach 100% before midnight. All tasks must be completed before midnight for the day to count.

Define Your Why

The dashed card near the top links to your Why statement. Tap it to read during setup. After Day 1 it becomes read-only — locked in for all 75 days.

Task List

Tap any task to mark it complete — it turns orange and the progress bar updates. Tasks reset at midnight.

Water Tracking

The water interface shows a row of glasses. Tap each glass to fill it as you drink throughout the day. The task marks complete automatically when you reach your goal.

Setting Your Goal

Beginner sets their own water goal during setup. Traditional is fixed at 1 gallon (128 oz). Extreme is 1 gallon minimum. Beginner goals can be updated in Settings.

Tip: A gallon is 8 standard 16oz glasses. Space them throughout the day — drinking 128oz in the evening is unpleasant and counterproductive.

Progress Photos

Tap the progress photo task to open the in-app camera. Take your photo and it saves automatically to that day's record.

Best Practices

Same location, same angle, same lighting, same time of day. Consistency is what makes the Day 1 vs Day 75 comparison meaningful.

Photo Timeline

All your daily photos are displayed chronologically in the Progress tab. Scroll through to watch your transformation day by day.

Side-by-Side Comparison

Use the comparison tool in the Progress tab to place any two days next to each other. The default shows Day 1 vs your most recent photo.

Privacy: All photos are stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, they're in your personal iCloud. They are never uploaded to our servers — we don't have any.

The Progress Tab

Weight & BMI

Log your weight daily to populate the weight trend chart. BMI is calculated automatically. Both are displayed with starting vs. current comparison so the delta is always visible.

Body Measurements

Log chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs, neck, and custom measurements. Weekly or bi-weekly logging gives you enough data to see meaningful trends.

Streak & Completion History

A calendar view shows which days were fully completed (green) and which were missed. Your longest streak is tracked here too.

The Reflect Tab

Your Why

Your Why — written on Day 1 — is displayed at the top of the Reflect tab every day. Read it every time you open this tab. On Day 40 when everything hurts and you want to stop, this is what keeps you going.

Morning Intention

Set a single focused intention before your first task. One sentence. Who are you going to be today?

Daily Journal

A private space to write about your day. Use the rotating prompts or write freely. Even three sentences is enough. The cumulative 75-day record is something you'll want to have.

Evening Reflection

What went well, what was hard, and what you'll do differently tomorrow. This closes the feedback loop and sets up the next day.

Achievements

Achievements are unlocked automatically when you hit real milestones. No badge is handed out for simply using the app.

Streak Freeze

A Streak Freeze is a one-time protection token that prevents a full restart when you miss a day. Your streak survives — but your integrity log still records the missed day.

How to Earn One

Tokens are earned through consistency milestones. You don't start with any — they have to be earned.

How to Use One

If you miss a day and have a token, the app will prompt you when you next open Transform 75. Confirm the use and your streak continues.

⚠️
Use it wisely. Tokens are rare. Save one for a genuine emergency — travel, illness, unavoidable circumstances. Using it to excuse a lazy day defeats the purpose.

Adding a Widget

Long-press an empty area on your home screen until icons begin to jiggle.

Tap the + button in the top-left corner.

Search for Transform 75 and select your preferred widget size.

Themes

10 visual themes that change the entire app's color palette. Switch any time in Settings — your challenge data is never affected.

Notifications

Morning Check-in

A morning reminder to start your day and review your tasks. Time is configurable in Settings → Notifications.

Evening Incomplete Reminder

If you still have incomplete tasks by your set evening time, you'll get a nudge. This is your last chance before midnight resets the day. Take it seriously.

Re-enabling Notifications

If you accidentally denied permission, go to iPhone Settings → Transform 75 → Notifications to re-enable.

iCloud Sync

Transform 75 uses Apple's CloudKit to sync data across your Apple devices — task completions, photos, journals, weight, measurements, streak, and settings.

Enabling Sync

Open Transform 75 and go to the Settings tab.

Toggle iCloud Sync to on.

Ensure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices.

Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive.

Troubleshooting

Check: same Apple ID on both devices, iCloud Drive enabled, iCloud storage not full, active internet connection. Sync completes within seconds of going online.

Privacy: Syncs directly between your devices through your personal iCloud. We never have access to your data.

Subscription

7-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. All billing is handled entirely by Apple.

Managing Your Subscription

Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your subscription.

Restoring a Purchase

New device or reinstall? Open Transform 75, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Must be signed into the same Apple ID.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Pro Tips

Front-load your day

Do as many tasks as possible before noon. Evening willpower is unreliable. The more you leave for later, the more you're betting on energy that may not be there.

Set your evening reminder early

Most people set it at 9pm and get surprised when they still have tasks left. Set it at 7pm. You want buffer.

Take your photo at the same time every day

The comparison is useless if one photo is morning and the other is evening. Pick a consistent time — right after your workout works well.

The hardest window is Days 12–18

The novelty is gone and momentum hasn't built yet. This is where most people quit. Know it's coming, plan for it, and push through. Everything gets easier after Day 21.

Journal on hard days especially

When you don't want to write, write anyway. "I almost quit today but I didn't" is a complete journal entry. The act of recording it changes how you feel about it.

The challenge doesn't get easier. You get stronger. What felt impossible on Day 3 will feel routine by Day 30. Trust the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do audiobooks count for reading?
No. The reading requirement is physical or digital pages — not audio. Reading engages a different kind of focused attention than listening.
Does the app tell me what diet to follow?
No. The app tracks whether you followed your plan — it doesn't prescribe one. On Traditional and Extreme, you commit to a specific diet before Day 1 and follow it with zero deviations.
What counts as an outdoor workout?
Any workout performed outside — running, walking, cycling, outdoor bodyweight training, sports. A brisk 45-minute outdoor walk counts.
What happens if the app crashes mid-task?
Task data is saved locally as you complete each task — not only on submission. Reopening the app should show your logged progress. If you experience data loss due to a bug, contact support with your device and iOS version.
Can I redo a completed challenge?
Yes. After Day 75, you can start a new challenge from the beginning. Previous challenge data is preserved in your history. Complete twice and you unlock the Relentless achievement.
Is the app available on iPad?
Transform 75 is built for iPhone but runs on iPad via compatibility mode. The interface is optimized for iPhone screen sizes.
iCloud sync isn't working — what do I check?
Confirm both devices use the same Apple ID. Check that iCloud Drive is enabled on both. Verify iCloud storage isn't full. If still failing, toggle iCloud Sync off and back on in Transform 75's Settings.
Can I change my Why after Day 1?
No. Your Why is locked on Day 1. This is intentional — the permanence is part of the commitment.
