What exactly is Transform 75?
A 75-day discipline challenge app for iPhone. You complete a set of daily tasks — every single day — for 75 days straight. Miss a day and you restart from Day 1. There are three difficulty levels: Beginner, Traditional, and Extreme.
What are the three challenge levels?
Beginner — fully customizable tasks, flexible meal plan, 64 oz water, 5 pages of reading. Traditional — two 45-min workouts (one outdoor), strict diet, 1 gallon of water, 10 pages non-fiction. Extreme — three workouts, cold exposure, strict macro tracking, no social media, meditation, sleep tracking.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak resets and you restart from Day 1. That's the challenge. If you've earned a Streak Freeze token through consistency milestones, you can use it to protect your streak once without restarting.
How do Streak Freeze tokens work?
Streak Freeze tokens are earned through consistency milestones — you don't start with any. When you miss a day and have a token, the app prompts you to use it. Your streak survives but the missed day is still recorded in your history.
Is this just a fitness app?
No — it's a discipline challenge. Fitness is part of it, but so is reading, hydration, journaling, and mental habits. The goal is to build the kind of consistency that carries over into every area of your life.
Can I customize the tasks?
On Beginner, yes — you have full control over task types, durations, and goals. On Traditional and Extreme, the rules are fixed. Modifying the rules defeats the purpose of those levels.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts, no email, no login of any kind. Download and start immediately. Your data lives on your device.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full access with no credit card required. After the trial, you can subscribe monthly, yearly, or purchase lifetime access — all through Apple. If you don't subscribe, you can still access the app with limited features.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Transform 75, go to Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, completely. Transform 75 is 100% offline-first. Every feature works without Wi-Fi or cellular. The only feature requiring connectivity is iCloud sync, which updates automatically when you reconnect.
How does iCloud sync work?
Enable it in Settings. Your data syncs between your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. We never have access to your iCloud data — it syncs device-to-device through Apple's infrastructure.
Is my data private?
Completely. Transform 75 collects zero data. No analytics, no ads, no trackers. Apple lists the app as "Data Not Collected" on the App Store. Your photos, weight, journals, and task history never leave your device unless you enable iCloud sync — in which case they go to your personal iCloud, not our servers (we don't have any).
How do I get support?
