Transform 75 is a 75-day challenge app for iPhone. Each day you complete a set of tasks — workout, water, reading, diet, and a progress photo. Miss a single day and you start over from Day 1. The challenge is designed to build unbreakable discipline over 75 days. What are the three challenge levels?

Beginner — fully customizable tasks, 30-minute workout, 64oz water, 5 pages reading. Great for first-timers. Traditional — the original rules: two 45-minute workouts (one outdoor), strict diet, 1 gallon of water, 10 pages of non-fiction, no alcohol. Extreme — three workouts, cold exposure, strict macros, 20 pages, no social media, sleep tracking, and meditation. Each level is a complete program. What happens if I miss a day?

You restart from Day 1. That’s the rule — and it’s the point. The challenge only works because the consequence is real. You can protect against one unavoidable missed day by using a Streak Freeze token, which you earn through consistent performance milestones. What is a Streak Freeze?

A Streak Freeze is an emergency token that protects your streak if you miss a day. You earn them by hitting consistency milestones — they’re not just handed out. You won’t start with one. Use it wisely; your integrity is always tracked even when a freeze is applied. Is the app only for fitness?

No. Transform 75 is a discipline and habit system. Yes, it includes daily workouts — but it also tracks reading, journaling, hydration, mental focus, and your personal “Why.” It’s designed to transform how you operate across every area of your life, not just the gym. Can I customize my tasks?

On the Beginner level, yes — you can fully customize your daily tasks to fit your own challenge design. On Traditional and Extreme, the tasks are fixed. That’s intentional: the rules are the challenge. Customizing them would change what those levels actually are. Does the app require an account or login?

No account. No login. No email address. Just download and go. All your data lives on your device and syncs through your personal iCloud if you enable it. We never see your data — there’s no server to send it to. How does the free trial work?

You get 7 full days free — every feature unlocked, no credit card required at download. At the end of the trial, you’ll be prompted to choose a subscription plan through the App Store. If you don’t subscribe, the app reverts to limited access. Cancel anytime directly through your Apple ID settings. Where do I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or open the App Store → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We don’t handle billing directly. Can I restore my purchase on a new device?

Yes. Open Transform 75 on your new device, go to Settings inside the app, and tap “Restore Purchases.” As long as you’re signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase, your subscription or lifetime access will be restored instantly. Does the app work offline?

Yes, completely. You can log tasks, take progress photos, journal, and track water with no internet connection at all. If iCloud sync is enabled, changes will sync automatically the next time your device has a connection. How does iCloud sync work?

When enabled in Settings, Transform 75 syncs your data — task completions, photos, journal entries, streak, and settings — across all your Apple devices using Apple’s CloudKit. The data goes directly between your devices through your personal iCloud. We never have access to it. Is my data private?

Completely. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party tracking of any kind in the app. Your progress photos, journal entries, and health data are stored on your device and — if syncing — in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to any of it. I found a bug or need help. How do I reach you?
